Halloween

Halloween is fast approaching, which means the season of spookiness is full on. Plenty of people have gotten into the spirit of it, illustrated by the dozens of ghosts, ghouls, tombstones, and jack-o-lanterns that people have placed in their front yards. Sadly, though, I haven't seen any ND silhouettes carved into jack-o-lanterns.

Of course, Halloween also means getting to dress up as anything from a superhero to a famous theoretical physicist. And for Nancy Drew or Hardy Boys fans, that occasional means dressing as our favorite teen detective or character from the books/games.
If you've ever even considered it, you were probably instantly reminded of all the memorable characters, not just of the various super sleuths. Anyone dress up as Prof. Hotchkiss from Treasure in the Royal Tower?! :) And in the spirit of complete creepiness, who could forget Ethel in the Curse of Blackmoor Manor? Or for that matter, anything in that game... ^.^

Meanwhile classic books like The Invisible Intruder and The Twisted Claw (admittedly, not that scary) lurk on various bookshelves. And for a hilariously fake dish of fright, many of you will recall The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries episode Meet Dracula. ;)
What Nancy Drew or Hardy Boys related Halloween rituals, fun, and terror have you experienced?
