Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon, home of Frank and Joe 1.0:
The Hardys are at their prime, helping Nance solve the mystery and still managing to crack some good lines. The whole mystery revolves around Jake Hurley's train and long lost mine. You even get to investigate a might be kidnapping. In the process, you get to explore said train and an old mining town, including a taffy store.
In The Creature of Kapu Cave, the Hardys get a major make-over:
You get to switched back and forth between the Hardys and Nancy a lot, while there's not much contact between the trio of detectives. It's starts out with two mysteries, the Hardys case and Nancy case, but they end up entwined.
Personally, I've always liked Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon better, the Hardys seems more realistic and the mystery is more involved. The Creature of Kapu Cave doesn't have the same level of graphics, character development, or mystery. And you spent to much time making necklaces.
What are your feelings on the two games and their portrayal of Frank and Joe? Do you have a distinct favorite?
